The Origins of Jesus
Messiah (Christ)
The Messiah will tell us everything …
Hebrews 1:1-2, John 4:25
Even when the Jews do not have good relations with the Samaritans, yet the
Samaritans were also waiting or the MESSIAH. We read in Acts that Moses had
been preached every Sabbath among the pagan nations.
From the testimony of the Samaritan woman we read that He was to tell us all
things. In a very unlike Jesus’s standard of revelation (Matthew 16:16, 20; John
10:24-25), He affirmed to the Samaritan woman that He is the MESSIAH.
(25) The woman saith unto him, I know that Messiah cometh (he that is
called Christ): when he is come, he will declare unto us all things. (26)
Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. (27) And upon this
came his disciples; and they marvelled that he was speaking with a
woman; yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why speakest thou with
her? (28) So the woman left her waterpot, and went away into the city,
and saith to the people, (29) Come, see a man, who told me all things
that ever I did: can this be the Christ? John 4:25-29 ASV
There was an expectation that the kingdom of Israel was to be restored when
the MESSIAH [CHRIST] came but Jesus quelled that erroneous interpretation
(6) They therefore, when they were come together, asked him, saying,
Lord, dost thou at this time restore the kingdom to Israel? (7) And he
said unto them, It is not for you to know times or seasons, which the
Father hath set within His own authority. Acts 1:6-7 ASV
Jesus does rule over a kingdom. He told Pilate that His kingdom is not of this
world. He was born a King, because the Magi sought Him as the newborn King.
There is a kingdom to come. In that kingdom, the Disciples will have the task to
judge the tribes of Israel.
(29) and I appoint to you, as my Father did appoint to me, a kingdom,
(30) that ye may eat and may drink at my table, in my kingdom, and may
sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.' Luke 22:29-30 YLT
The one throne that has be seated upon in prophecy is the throne of David,
which entails the doctrine of the restoration of the kingdom of Israel, which
only God the Father knows the time when the kingdom will be established (Acts
1:6-7), the same throne spoken of to Mary by the Angel who announced the
conception of Jesus.
(32) he shall be great, and Son of the Highest he shall be called, and the
Lord God shall give him the throne of David his father, (33) and he shall
reign over the house of Jacob to the ages; and of his reign there shall be
no end.' Luke 1:32-33 YLT
As Jeremiah prophesied it, the heir to this throne is none other than YHWH who
is the MESSIAH (Luke 2:11) King according to the New Testament.
(5) Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, when I will raise unto David a
righteous Branch, who shall reign as king, and act wisely, and shall
execute judgment and righteousness in the land. (6) In his days Judah
shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell in safety; and this is his name
whereby he shall be called, Jehovah our Righteousness. Jeremiah 23:5-6

The Messiah (the Christ) is King (Matthew 2:2, John 1:49, 12:13) YHWH (Luke
2:11), the Prophet (Deuteronomy 18:15), the Messenger of God the Father
(Hebrews 1:1-2) .
And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. Mark 7:7 EMTV
WHERE CAN WE FIND OUT ALL ABOUT JESUS?
You search the Scriptures, for you think in them you have everlasting life.
And they are the ones witnessing concerning Me. John 5:39 LITV. Luke 24:44
The one who
denies that Jesus
is the Messiah
(Christ) is a liar
(Luke 2:11)
(22) Who is the liar, except the one denying,
saying that Jesus is not the Christ [MESSIAH]?
This is the Antichrist, the one denying the
Father and the Son. (23) Everyone denying
the Son does not have the Father. The one con-
fessing the Son also has the Father. 1 John
2:22-23 LITV
THE MESSIAH (CHRIST) IS
YHWH ELOHIM, NOT A
PHYSICAL SON OF DAVID,
JESUS ASSERTED
(41) Now while the Pharisees were gathered
together, Jesus asked them a question, (42)
saying, What think ye of the Christ? whose
son is he? They say unto him, The son of
David. (43) He saith unto them, How then
doth David in the Spirit call him Lord, say-
ing, (44) The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit
thou on my right hand, Till I put thine ene-
mies underneath thy feet? (45) If David
then calleth him Lord, how is he his son?
(46) And no one was able to answer him a
word, neither durst any man from that day
forth ask him any more questions. Matthew
22:41-46 ASV
Then he enjoined on his disciples, that they
should tell no man that he was the Mes-
siah. Matthew 16:20 Murdock
(61) And Jesus was silent, and made no
reply. And again the chief priest interro-
gated him, and said: Art thou the Messiah,
the Son of the Blessed? (62) And Jesus
said to him: I am. And ye will see the Son of
man sitting on the right hand of power, and
he will come on the clouds of heaven. Mark
14:61-62 Murdock
Jesus, the forever controversial Persona
whose origins are from everlasting
(40) And many of the multitude who heard his discourses, said: Certainly, he is a prophet. (41) Others said: He is the Mes-
siah. Others said: Doth Messiah come from Galilee? (42) Doth not the scriptures say, That Messiah cometh of the seed of
David, and from Bethlehem the town of David? (43) And there was a division among the multitude respecting him. John
7:40-43 Murdock
(4) And he assembled all the chiefs of the priests and the scribes of the people, and inquired of them, Where is the birth-
place of the Messiah? (5) And they said: In Bethlehem of Judaea; for thus it is written in the prophet: (6) Thou also,
Bethlehem of Judaea, art not the little among the kings of Judaea, for a king shall come from thee who shall rule my people
Israel. Matthew 2:4-6 Murdock
Micah 5:2 ASV
(2) But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, which art little to be among the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall one come forth
unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.
THE MESSIAH IS YHWH GOD MADE MAN
But thou, Beth-lehem Ephrathah, which art little to be among
the thousands of Judah, out of thee shall one come forth unto
me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth are from of
old, from everlasting. Micah 5:2 ASV
